Giving back always makes everyone smile! | Photos

On Saturday, Aug. 27, business owner Shakirra Starling of Trend Settaz Beauty Salon unified the community to bridge the gap between township officials, residents, and other local businesses with the first "Bridging the Gap Community Give Back School Supply Drive."

Citizens from various Burlington County cities/townships came out to help the kids to prepare for school in just a few weeks.

With so many smiling faces the day of charitable donations, fun, music, and camaraderie was a super success.

Starling is thankful to the families, friends, volunteers, and supporters including N.J. State Assemblyman Troy Singleton, Willingboro Township Mayor Nat Anderson, Hope Fit Club founders and instructors Asa Cansler and Karen Pollit; Nicole Doss of The Prestige Society, and everyone who showed their generosity and kindness.
